Can I pick my order up / browse your store?
We are not a bricks and mortar store. We trade online and at popup events, normally in the south of the country. We don't have the facility to browse stock. You can pick up if you're local to the postcode pO4 9LS, but this must be by prior appointment. We're working mamas.

Probably yes. Log in to see your account status. You will have had an order confirming your order was complete. Problem? Read this and then contact us.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Damn. Double check you actually ordered the item (it happens) and if we have forgotten to pack it, please get in touch.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Have a read of this.

When will my order ship?
Normally the next working day if ordered before 11am.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the majority of countries worldwide. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. There's a few items we can't ship internationally but they're clearly marked.
What are my payment choices?
Our checkout system is Paypal, you do NOT need a Paypal account to pay this way as long as you have a debit/credit card you're good to order.
How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?
These will be available soon in the store, until then, contact us for a custom one!
How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the top of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
